The Village’s Emergency Plan aims to save lives and reduce harm to people, property, the environment and the economy. Protecting life and building a community that can recover come first.

Everyone has a part to play. The plan relies on good partnerships and clear communication between residents, Village staff, Council and partner agencies. It gives them a framework to prepare for the hazards most likely to affect Hazelton, and to respond and recover when something happens.
